How to get here:
The Sheridan Surgical Center is located on Fifth Street near Memorial Hospital at the intersection of Fifth and Kentucky Streets. From interstate 90, take exit #23 (Fifth Street) and travel west through town, past Main Street and up a hill. At the top of the hill is a stoplight at Highland Avenue. Past the stoplight you will see Memorial Hospital on the right; Sheridan Surgical Center is located just past the hospital on the left hand side.
